Handed them check for $2459 on 9.15.13 furniture was delivered 9.17.13. I was in hospital, upon returning I noticed recliner was attached. . long story short finally replacement delivered 10.18.13 after being put through ordeal of dealing with their repair service. .fiasco.
Second issue was with recliner on other end. . the lower back cushion lost color went from Brown to light tan. . looked like color wore off. Replaced 12.26.13. My final complaint-- one recliner was tilted, and other had formed large lump in center of seat, wouldn't flatten out. The third piece was an armless piece which had a similar lump in front where legs hit. These pieces were delivered 6.11.14. Upon delivery I sat in left an recliner and couldn't open. The delivery people worked in it and got it to open. I tried the other chair that penned fine and they went off. That night I sat in left arm recliner and realized it was really uncomfortable. . the lower back cushion lacked sufficient padding .. And seat likewise was lacking passing I felt like ie was sitting in hole. We also realized (like very first recliner in left side) it wasn't connected. . broken? I contacted Ashley customer care, sent pictures three times and only heard from them when I called checking. Finally yesterday 6.19.14 I called and was told supervisor reviewed and only solution was to have padding delivered and then have repair person come fix my chair. . the height of cushions never addressed. I dealt with their repair people. .I will not say more. I mentioned I'd call corporate and they said I was talking to corporate!

If this doesn't work i will contact Eight On Your Side and I may file in small claims court.
